About the Yealink CP925
The CP925 is a flat, Y-shaped speakerphone covered in black acoustic fabric that resists water, oil and stains, with a 4-inch 480 x 800 touchscreen to run the call. It hosts 5-way conference calls, and its full-duplex speakerphone with echo cancellation lets people on both ends talk at once. Yealink’s Noise Proof Technology and Smart Noise Filtering are there to cut distracting background sounds.
It is built to mix call types. A smartphone or other mobile device can join over Bluetooth 4.2 or the USB-C port, so the whole room can take part in a mobile call through the CP925, and the optional Yealink CPN10 adds an analog phone line with a 3-way local PSTN conference. Power over Ethernet lets one network cable carry both power and data, and dual-band Wi-Fi is built in as well.

Questions about the Yealink CP925
- Does the Yealink CP925 work with a Telnamix hosted phone system or 3CX?
- The CP925 is an IP conference phone, and Yealink lists SIP calls among those it brings into a meeting, alongside PSTN and mobile calls. Telnamix sells, provisions and supports it with our hosted and 3CX phone systems. Our sources do not give its SIP account count or provisioning details, so ask us if you need those specifics.
- How large a room is the CP925 for?
- Yealink aims it at small to medium conference rooms. Its 6 pickup microphones cover 360 degrees out to 20 feet (6 m). For bigger rooms, look at the CP965.
- Can the CP925 make calls on a regular analog phone line?
- Yes, with the optional Yealink CPN10 PSTN box, which also lets it run a 3-way local PSTN conference.
- Can I use the CP925 for calls from my mobile phone?
- Yes. Pair a mobile phone over Bluetooth 4.2 or connect a mobile device to the USB-C port, and the room can hear and speak on that call through the CP925.
- How is the CP925 powered and connected?
- It takes Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af, class 3), so a PoE switch port can carry both power and data on one cable. It also has dual-band Wi-Fi. Our sources do not list a power adapter, so if your room has no PoE port, ask us before ordering.
- What is the warranty?
- Telnamix warranties Yealink hardware for 3 years.
