Business Phone Systems
Business Phone Systems Built for Ohio Businesses
Telnamix designs, installs, and runs business phone systems for companies across Ohio and beyond: hosted systems, 3CX, and SIP trunking for the system you already own. One Cleveland-based team handles the design, the phone lines, and the support.
What We Do
One Provider for the Whole Phone System
A business phone system is more than the phones on the desks. It is the platform that routes calls, the phone lines that connect it to the outside world, the call flows that decide who answers, and the people you call when any of it misbehaves. Most businesses buy those pieces from three different companies and spend their worst days finding out which one is at fault.
Telnamix supplies all of them. We are both the platform operator and the carrier, so the engineer who picks up your support call can see a problem end to end, from the phone line to the handset. We serve offices of every size, from a single location with a handful of extensions to companies spread across several locations, and we price every one of them the same way: by the number of calls you carry at once, with unlimited extensions and no long-term contract.

Why Ohio Businesses Call Us
Nobody shops for a phone system for fun. People call us because something specific went wrong. The on-premise PBX in the back room needs a part nobody stocks anymore. Per-seat pricing that was fine at ten employees is painful at forty. Half the staff works from home and the office phones did not follow them. A second location is opening and nobody knows how to make the two offices one phone system. Or the current provider takes three days to answer a ticket about a problem that is costing calls today.
Each of those has a fix, and it is rarely the most expensive one. Sometimes the right answer is a new hosted system. Sometimes it is keeping the system you have and replacing only the phone lines behind it. Sometimes it is a better-built call flow on the phones already on your desks. Our write-up on six phone system settings that cost real money is a good sample of what we find when we look at an existing system.
How It Works
Three Ways to Run Your Business Phones
Which one fits depends mostly on what you already own. Each links to the full details.
Hosted Business Phone Systems
Best when you have no phone system worth keeping.
We build, host, and run the whole system in professionally managed data centers. Your team gets desk phones, a computer app, and a mobile app on one number, and there is no server closet to maintain.
More about hosted phone systems →3CX Phone Systems
Best when you want 3CX, or need it on-premise.
As a Platinum 3CX Partner we deploy and run 3CX hosted, on-premise, or hybrid. On-premise still matters for large campuses and organizations with strict requirements, and few platforms still offer it.
More about 3CX phone systems →SIP Trunking
Best when you already own a modern PBX.
Keep the phone system and the handsets, and replace the expensive phone lines behind them. Trunks carry your calls over the internet, scale with your call volume, and reroute automatically during an outage.
More about SIP trunking →Weighing cloud against a system on your own premises? Our comparison of on-premise PBX and cloud-hosted PBX walks through the trade-offs. A phone system is also only as good as the network under it, which is why we offer managed network services alongside it.
What's Included
Included with Every Telnamix Phone System
Capacity-Based Pricing
Pay for the simultaneous calls you carry, not per extension. Hiring adds phones on desks, not licensing fees.
No Long-Term Contracts
Month-to-month service. We keep customers by answering the phone when they call, not with an early-termination clause.
Phones Pre-Configured
Desk phones, conference phones, and headsets arrive already set up for your system, so installation is mostly plugging in.
Number Porting Handled
We run the porting paperwork and the cutover timing, so your published numbers keep working through the switch.
Call Flows Built Around You
Auto-attendants, ring groups, queues, hours tables, and voicemail-to-email, designed around how your business actually answers.
Support and Consulting Included
Subscribers reach US-based engineers who run these systems daily. Changing your holiday hours or checking a plan before an office move is just support.
Proof
Business Phone Systems Since 2017, with Roots in 2013
Telnamix was founded in January 2017, building on a business phone practice that dates back to 2013. Hundreds of companies run their phones with us today. Our 3CX practice spans 16 states and thousands of extensions, from busy restaurants to police and fire departments, and as a Platinum 3CX Partner we have built our own add-ons to the platform where our clients needed something it did not do.
Our customers rate us 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 13 reviews. Read who we are and how we work, or skip the sales pitch and see how we handle support problems in our guide to common voicemail questions.
Where We Work
On Site Across Northeast and Central Ohio
Our headquarters is in Cleveland, at 4174 West 130th Street. Our engineers work on site across Northeast Ohio, from Cleveland south to Akron, and in central Ohio around Columbus. That covers new installations, office moves, and anything that needs hands on the equipment.
Everywhere else, a hosted system works exactly the same way. It is built, monitored, and supported remotely by design, so a business three states away gets the same platform and the same support team as one down the street from us. For local detail, see our pages for business VoIP service in Cleveland and business phone systems in Columbus.
FAQ
Business Phone System Questions
It depends on what you already own. If you have no phone system worth keeping, a hosted system gets you running fastest and takes the hardware off your hands. If you want 3CX specifically, or need it on-premise for a large campus or strict requirements, we run 3CX hosted, on-premise, or hybrid. If you already have a modern PBX you are happy with, SIP trunking replaces your phone lines and leaves the system alone. We will tell you which one fits after a conversation about how your business answers the phone.
