Business Phone Systems
3CX Business Phone Systems
Voice, video, and messaging on one platform, with no per-user licensing. Telnamix designs, hosts, and supports 3CX end to end, so your phone system is run by specialists instead of becoming another do-it-yourself project.

Why 3CX with Telnamix
The Power of 3CX. The People of Telnamix.
A 3CX business phone system puts your company's voice, video, and messaging on one software-based platform with no per-user licensing, so the price does not climb every time you hire. Telnamix designs, hosts, and supports 3CX for businesses of every size, in fully hosted, on-premise, or hybrid deployments. It fits companies that want the flexibility and price of 3CX with a team of specialists running it, rather than another do-it-yourself project for whoever in the office knows the most about phones.

The Problems a Managed 3CX System Solves
The businesses that call us about 3CX usually arrive with one of a few stories. The per-seat phone bill from their current provider keeps growing with every hire. They already run 3CX, but it was set up once, years ago, and nobody is sure the call routing, office hours, or voicemail still do what the business needs. Our write-up on six configuration bugs that cost real money exists because we find those problems constantly. Or their current provider installed the system and then disappeared, leaving every question to a ticket queue that escalates toward nobody.
A Telnamix-managed 3CX system takes that whole category of problem off your plate. The licensing is capacity-based rather than per user, so headcount growth does not grow your phone bill. The system is built, monitored, and maintained by engineers who administer 3CX every day. And when something needs to change (hours tables, a new hire, a new location), you ask us instead of re-learning an admin console you touch twice a year.
What is 3CX?
One Platform for Voice, Video & Messaging
3CX is a powerful, software-based IP PBX that lets you manage voice, video, and messaging through one platform. It's compatible with a wide range of devices and SIP trunks, with mobile apps for iOS and Android plus a full-featured web client.
Unified Communications
Voice, video, chat, and email integrated into a single platform.
Web-Based Management
An intuitive admin console that requires no advanced IT skills.
Advanced Call Handling
Auto attendants, call queues, ring groups, and voicemail-to-email.
Mobile Accessibility
iOS and Android apps keep your business line with you anywhere.
CRM Integration
Works with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and more.
Secure VoIP Communications
End-to-end encryption and STIR/SHAKEN compliance.
For remote and hybrid teams
The 3CX web client and the iOS and Android apps carry your business extension, so staff can take calls, chat, and messages from a browser or a phone without a desk phone. 3CX includes its video conferencing for all users, and website live chat, SMS, and WhatsApp conversations can land in the same place as calls. Because the license is sized by call capacity rather than headcount, a remote hire is a new extension, not a new monthly seat.
For contact centers
The PRO and AI editions are where 3CX puts call queues, CRM integration, and advanced reporting, and its call center feature list goes on to callbacks, skill-based routing, wallboards, and SLA alerts for teams that live on the phone. Agents log in and out of queues from the handset or the app (see our 3CX queue login guide), and supervisors get reports on call durations, queue statistics, and agent activity. If your outbound calls are being labeled as spam, our branded caller ID registration is the place to start.
What You Get
What's Included When Telnamix Runs Your 3CX System
We are not a reseller putting a logo on someone else's service. Telnamix is both the platform operator and the carrier, which means the people who answer your support requests can see your calls end to end, from the trunk to the handset, instead of relaying tickets to a vendor. Whether your 3CX system lives in our hosting environment, on your premises, or in a hybrid of the two, the same team designs it, deploys it, and answers for it.
Every deployment includes the system design and build-out, reliable Yealink desk phones and headsets configured before they reach your desks, porting of your existing numbers with the paperwork handled for you, and call flows (auto attendants, ring groups, queues, hours tables, voicemail-to-email) built to match how your business actually answers the phone. The 3CX license itself is sized and managed as part of your subscription, and you keep admin access to your own system.
After launch, support and consulting are included for subscribers, from US-based engineers who administer these systems daily. And if you decide 3CX is not the right platform, we are not a one-product shop: our hosted business phone systems deliver the same managed experience on our own cloud PBX platform.

Pricing
3CX Pricing and Licensing, Explained
3CX pricing is per system, not per user. 3CX sells its commercial editions as one annual license for the whole phone system, and the price depends on two choices: the edition, and how many simultaneous calls the system has to carry. That is the opposite of most hosted phone services, which bill every user every month.
How 3CX licensing works
- Simultaneous calls set the size. A simultaneous call (SC) is any call happening at the same time as others, internal or external. An idle extension uses no capacity. 3CX's own example: 50 users do not need 50 licenses, and if the busiest period has 16 calls at once, it suggests looking at a 24SC license for headroom.
- Users still have a ceiling. Each SC size comes with a recommended range of users and a maximum number of users or extensions, and 3CX treats the maximum as a hard limit for that license size.
- The license is an annual subscription. 3CX lists security updates, version updates, phone firmware and template updates, the iOS and Android apps, video conferencing, and live chat among what the subscription includes.
- Hosting is your choice, and priced separately. Commercial editions run hosted by 3CX, self-hosted in your own cloud account, or on premise. Hosting by 3CX is a separate annual charge based on SC size after the trial.
- Trunks and numbers are separate. SIP trunks and phone numbers are not part of the 3CX license, and 3CX sells through its partner network.
3CX publishes its current list prices on its pricing page. It sets them, shows them in euros before tax, and notes they can change without notice, so we do not reprint them here.

How Telnamix prices 3CX
When we run your system, you never buy or renew a 3CX license on your own. We size the license to your call volume, maintain it, and include it in one subscription along with the system itself, so your price follows capacity rather than headcount. Adding employees adds phones on desks, not licensing line items.
Support and consulting are included for subscribers rather than metered by the hour, and the system can live in our hosting environment, on your premises, or a hybrid of both. Because the right size depends on how your business actually uses the phone, we quote after a short look at your call volume, locations, and call flows. Ask us for a 3CX quote.

FAQ
3CX Questions We Actually Get
You never buy or renew a 3CX license on your own. The platform is licensed by simultaneous calls rather than per user, which fits exactly how we price everything: by capacity, not per seat. 3CX sets how many users each license size supports, and sizing the license to your team, then growing it as you hire, is part of running the system, which is what your subscription covers. Adding employees adds phones on desks, not licensing line items.
