This Privacy Policy explains how Telnamix LTD (“Telnamix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit telnamix.com, contact us, use our business phone, internet, and messaging services, or receive text messages from us.

Information We Collect

Information you give us: Such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you enter in our contact, information request, and support forms, or send us by email, phone, or text.
Registration information: When you ask us to register branded caller ID or a text-messaging campaign, the business details the carriers require, such as your legal business name, tax ID, address, website, contact person, and sample messages.
Account and service information: If you are a customer: billing contacts, service addresses, the numbers and equipment on your account, and the call and message records our services produce. Records about your use of our phone services are protected under the Federal Communications Commission’s rules on customer proprietary network information, and we do not use them for marketing without your permission.
Device and usage information: Such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you, as described under “Cookies and Tracking.”

How We Use Your Information

To provide, bill for, support, and improve our services.
To answer your questions and follow up on requests you send us.
To register caller ID and text-messaging campaigns with carriers on your behalf.
To send you service, support, and account messages by email, phone, or text (see “Text Messages” below).
To send you email about our services, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
To protect our customers, our network, and our business, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Text Messages

If you agree to receive text messages from Telnamix, we use your mobile number to send you customer support, service, and account messages, such as replies to your requests, appointment and installation updates, service and outage notices, and account and billing notifications. We do not send marketing texts.

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

With service providers that help us run our business and deliver our services, such as carriers, billing and payment processors, and messaging and email platforms. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
With the carriers and registration bodies that require it, when you ask us to register caller ID or a text-messaging campaign.
With the marketing and visitor-identification provider described under “Cookies and Tracking,” only when that category is on.
When required by law, or when we believe in good faith it is needed to comply with a court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Telnamix, our customers, or others.
As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
With anyone else only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data for anyone else’s marketing.

Cookies and Tracking

When you first visit our site, a banner explains the cookies we use, and you can accept them, reject them, or choose by category.

Nothing in the marketing category loads on the first page you view. If you continue to another page without rejecting it, it turns on, and the banner stays available until you make a choice. Reading this privacy policy does not count as continuing. You can turn it off at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or your device is set to a European time zone, continuing to browse does not count as agreeing: the marketing category stays off unless you turn it on.

Category you can switch on or off

Marketing and visitor identification. Identifies the business a visitor works for, so our sales team can follow up with businesses that show interest in our services.

What it collects: Your IP address, browser details, and the pages you view. The provider matches your IP address against its business database to find the company you work for and, for some visitors in the United States, may also identify you individually (for example, your name, job title, and work email address).
Cookies: Sets cookies to recognize return visits.

Always on

Visit counter: A cookie-free counter that stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data; it only reports total visits and page views.
Your quote list: The products you add to a quote, saved in your browser’s local storage until you send the request or remove them. Nothing leaves your device until you send it.
Your cookie choice: Saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

Changing your choice

Change your mind at any time with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you turn the marketing category off, we remove the cookies it stored for our site and stop loading it.

Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and support, and to meet tax, accounting, telecommunications, and other legal record-keeping requirements. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.

How We Protect Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Change your cookie choice with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page.
California residents may also ask, once a year, what personal information we shared with third parties for their direct marketing in the past year. We do not share it for that purpose.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.
